  1. 7 oz. can of Chipotle Peppers in adobo sauce
  2. 16 oz. package of cream cheese
  3. 1 lb. package of bacon
  4. 20 fresh jalapeños
  5. 40 tooth picks
  • Preheat the oven to 415 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside
  • Mix chipotle peppers and cream cheese until well blended
  • Half and core each jalapeño and discard the seeds. Fill each half of the pepper with the cream cheese mixture
  • Cut the bacon slices in half crosswise
  • Wrap bacon slices around the stuffed pepper and secure with a tooth pick
  • Place peppers on the lined baking sheet and cook until the bacon is crispy, approximately 15 minutes

  1. 1 cup of shredded chicken
  2. 8 oz. of cream cheese
  3. 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  4. ¼ cup of buffalo sauce
  5. 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
  6. hot sauce
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ¾ cup of cheddar, buffalo sauce, ranch, and hot sauce
  • Transfer mixture to an oven safe dish or pan
  • Top with the remaining cheddar and bake until warm and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or warm bread

  1. 1 package of Velveeta cheese
  2. 1 lb. ground sausage
  3. 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes
  4. ½ cup of milk
  5. Crockpot

  • Cut Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes and place in the crockpot
  • Put in the Rotel tomatoes and milk, then stir until combined
  • Turn the crockpot to the highest setting
  • Pan fry ground sausage until cooked and crumbled
  • Add the sausage to the crockpot mixture and stir to combine
  • Stir this mixture occasionally until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is creamy
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips
